Paint
Paint is a controlled waste and if it isn’t carefully managed it can cause harm to the environment.
We are registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier and our site is permitted for processing up to 5 tonnes of paint a week, we only accept water-based paint.
Solvent or oil-based paint can be hazardous and needs to managed by an appropriately licensed company.

Householders and businesses have different option when it comes to disposing of their surplus paint. To help guide to the most appropriate service please select from eth two options below:
Paint Processing Service
We offer a chargeable service for accepting surplus water-based paint. This can be unused or part used tins/tubs provided they are in their original container with legible labels confirming the type of paint is something we are able to accept. We charge per container, £2.10 for up to 5 Litre container and £3.60 for up to 15 Litre container.
We then prepare your paint for reuse or recycling and ensure its get repurposed in a way that benefits the planet and the local community.
INDIVIDUALS
This relates to paint that you have used on your own home. In Cambridgeshire and in many other counties you can take your surplus household paint to your Household Recycling Centre. In Cambridgeshire these sites are:
