Eco boxes

Eco Boxes was piloted during Covid Pandemic in 2020. These are boxes of eco projects for individuals and families to undertake at home. They include activities using rescued wood, tools and gardening themed activities to creatively reduce waste in and around the home. The project was funded by The Glassmoor Fund and which meant it was location specific. Following feedback from the beneficiaries and stakeholders the plan is to expand this project in the near future. We were very pleased to have the support of TV DIY and and sustainability champion Max McMurdo in promoting the scheme.

Love Your Home Events

Love Your Home Events are Montessori style arts and crafts events to promote skills development, opportunities for connection to reduce isolation and loneliness and to provide a fun alternative way for support organisations to meet people and build trust. Each themed session includes a range of activities from woodwork, to textiles, painting, and guest contributors with their own specialisms. These outreach events across the market towns of Fenland were first sponsored by Making Money Count, Healthy Fenland Fund and Clarion.
