Whether you’re interested in accessing resources, donating them or simply wanting to learn more about how we’re driving the transition to a circular economy in Cambridgeshire, and beyond – you are in the right place.
REMO is the new trading name for CCORRN – Cambridgeshire Community Reuse and Recycling Network and the REMO Charitable Trust.
Together we keep resources out of landfill for the benefit of people and planet.
We’re REMO, a social enterprise and charity that believes accessing home essentials and creative opportunities doesn’t need to cost the earth. For almost 20 years, we’ve been on the frontline of rescuing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling materials to create sustainable, useful and creative products and services. With help from our community members and resellers, we’ve already diverted three quarters of a million litres of paint and hundreds of tonnes of furniture, food and creative materials from landfill.
Our story started in 2005 when we began raising awareness about reusing and recycling at a time when some councils didn’t have recycling services. Since then, we’ve expanded the initiatives under our colourful umbrella, contributing to the circular economy by reducing waste and keeping a wide range of resources in use for as long as possible. Now, we have two locations in Cambridgeshire, an online shop, and a portfolio of people and planet-positive schemes.
This online shopping facility is designed to make it easier for you to buy a selection of the many wonderful products and interesting things we rescue and then have them shipped directly to you.
